Everything in this guest house feels like a piece of art, and the staff are super friendly. I had a great stay. If you’re travelling with friends, give it a try, the garden is nice for a BBQ and getting together at night.

Breakfast is served around a communal table, with plenty to eat. It didn’t change much from day to day, but over a week we never got tired of it. The guesthouse is small, comfortable, and fairly clean, and the room has its own bathroom. There’s also a washing machine in the shared bathroom. The location is handy, with the center of Yerevan within walking distance. The one annoying thing is having to ring the doorbell every time you come back.

We got there very early, at 8am, while our room was still occupied. The host made us comfortable in the living room and even gave us breakfast for free. She was wonderful. Breakfast had lots of choices and fruit, and it changed every day. The place is simple and cozy, and about a 15 minute walk from the metro and vernissage. Rooms are basic but comfortable, with AC, a private bathroom, mini fridge, and hair dryer. If you’re unsure about booking, just go for it. Super recommend!

The neighborhood feels lovely and local, and you can still walk into the center. Everything was very clean, and the hospitality was excellent. I’d definitely recommend it.
