The service and location were 10/10, but staying in the hotel itself was a questionable choice if you care about comfort. The rooms were cold, the bathroom was even colder, and ventilation made noise in the room that you couldn’t switch off.

The location was absolutely perfect for getting to the city sights, and the staff were supportive. They let us check in early, which earns all three stars of service in my rating. The rest fell below standard. Nobody offered to bring our cases to the room, the bed was unacceptable and felt like it was stuffed with straw, and it wasn’t as clean as I’d normally expect. The wall plugs were out of order, as shown in the photos.

We had a very comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well maintained, and the hotel is in a perfect spot in Yerevan. I’d highly recommend it for families.

The location was amazing, and the hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and delicious, and the woman in the breakfast hall was very nice and helpful. We had a great stay.
