The noise made it impossible to sleep well. The walls are paper thin, and the whole atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The room was dirty and poorly maintained when I checked in, with worn bedding and towels, a bad smell in the bathroom, and advertised basics that were missing or didn’t work. From arrival, the staff seemed uninterested, unhelpful, or rude when I made requests. For what they charge, the quality and service are unacceptable. There are better options in Yerevan for comfort, cleanliness, and professionalism. I’d avoid Castle Family Hotel.

We’ve been unable to get an outstanding debt paid for several months, after the hotel failed to honor the terms of our agreement. We tried many times to settle things professionally, but communication has been poor and unresponsive. Our experience has been very disappointing, and I’d caution others against doing business with them.

The place is a pit. The room needed repairs: water-damaged ceiling cracks were left unfixed, a drawer was missing from the dresser, and the toilet seat wasn’t attached. For charging devices, there were only extension cords. It’s far from town, with few places to eat nearby. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but there was nothing, not even coffee. They advertised a seasonal pool, but in June it was empty and looked like it had been that way for a while. I stayed one night and asked for a refund for the other two nights I’d booked. They said they couldn’t refund my card.

There was no breakfast or coffee, despite the advertising, and the pool was empty. The room was in bad shape too, with water damage cracks in the ceiling. The toilet seat wasn’t attached and was sitting behind the tank. Booking this place was a mistake.

Not a reliable hotel. I booked through Booking and got a confirmation, but on the day I was due to arrive, they messaged me to say there was no room available. That’s not professional at all.
