We spent a week here with family and had a wonderful stay. The staff were very helpful, and reception was available 24/7. There was plenty of parking, with supermarkets and restaurants close by. Highly recommended.

The room had no window and felt like a prison, and the hotel was far from downtown. There was airplane noise all the time, and the bar stayed open at 1 a.m. and was very noisy. Breakfast was bad. It ran from 8 to 11, but when I went at 10, lots of things were already gone, including tomato, cucumber, egg, cheese and coffee. I asked a young guy who worked at the hotel about breakfast, and he just said, “finished.” I asked if this was a supermarket or a hotel.

They kindly returned our money even though we'd booked without a cancellation policy and they had no reason to refund us. They were so friendly about it. Amazing hotel, thank you so much!

We slept really well in a cozy room with a comfortable mattress, and the staff were very friendly. They even let us leave our car in the parking lot for five days at no extra cost. We chose the hotel because of reviews and its proximity to the airport, and were very pleased. One of the best hotels, highly recommended!

I was only passing through Yerevan, but this new hotel made me feel right at home. The details are thoughtfully designed, and the staff are attentive and very friendly. The airport transfer and restaurant are both top-notch. I also recommend trying their signature Eastern-style coffee.
