The poor service started at reception, where the staff were unfriendly and didn’t offer help. I left very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The room was small, but it worked well for resting after a day out in Yerevan. It was quiet and clean, and cleanliness seemed to matter here. The staff were friendly, respectful, and spoke English, so getting help was easy. Prices are reasonable for a tourist looking for an overnight stay. Thanks, Days Inn. I’d come back.
The location was poor, especially for what they charge. Service was bad, the receptionist was rude, and the WiFi was poor. There was no water, coffee, or tea. I wouldn’t recommend it.
Really nice place, and very clean.
With the curtains letting in light, I could barely sleep in the morning. I got about four hours of sleep by some miracle. The air conditioning didn’t work, it was 29°C inside, and the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Even though my reservation was confirmed and paid for, the hotel was overbooked and I had to share with someone else in my group. The staff were pleasant but completely overwhelmed. A deplorable stay, and I can’t recommend this place.
