The staff made our stay comfortable and memorable. At the lounge bar, the gentleman kindly took our order around 8:30 PM, even though the hotel restaurants were due to close at 9. We had arrived at about 7:30 after a long day of sightseeing and chose to eat there because city traffic made going out for dinner unappealing. He let us enjoy our meal without rushing us, and the food was amazing. The reception lady was also excellent. I unfortunately didn't ask her name, but she shared useful information about the city and recommended restaurants and places to visit. We had a wonderful stay at Dynasty Hotel in Yerevan, Armenia's capital. Highly recommended!

The private parking and included breakfast were nice, and the staff were attentive when sorting out any issues. The rooms were modern and clean, with everything you need and even the option to choose your doorbell ringtone. We had stunning views of Ararat, and the private spa was nice. Cleaning between guests was impeccable. Just keep in mind that complimentary SPA access for hotel guests is only from 2pm to 8pm. At other times, it's available to external guests.

The check-in staff greeted us with big smiles, and the beautiful lobby made for a lovely welcome. From the moment we arrived, we felt at ease, and that great first impression lasted throughout our stay.
