The worst place I’ve ever been to. If zero stars were an option, that’s what I’d give it.

The courtyard sauna had drunk men shouting karaoke, and the attitude there was disgusting. We’d been driving for a day and a half, tired and angry, when we arrived at this terrible place. The hotel was very cold and nowhere near clean, and neither the fridge nor the TV worked. It felt like a scam, and I can’t help wondering if I was talked into it by that rook Galstyan. This overhyped hotel deserves a review made out of thin air.

At the Erzurum "restaurant," you can pay to eat dishes with flies and deal with rude waiters. Looking for a thrill? This place can ruin your holiday!

The rooms were smoky and dirty, and I couldn’t last even half an hour there. It was awful, worse than a hostel.
