Cafés, restaurants, and shops are all an easy walk away, and for such a central location the price felt very reasonable. The hotel is right in the heart of Yerevan, just steps from Opera Theater and Republic Square. It's under new management, and the place felt clean, fresh, and well organized. My room was cozy and thoughtfully laid out, with a comfortable bed, strong Wi-Fi, and great air conditioning. The staff were warm and ready to help with directions, recommendations, or anything else. I had a great stay and would come back.

I stayed for 12 days, and the hotel is close to the city center. Breakfast was below average, with very little to choose from. One of my sweaters went missing from my room. I reported it, but neither the staff nor the manager helped me, and they gave me excuses I felt were false. I wouldn't recommend staying here. I didn't feel my belongings or personal things were safe in the room.

We reserved a room with two separate beds, but when we arrived they said none was available and offered us a different one for an extra charge. The bigger problem was the extremely low ceiling. It was really annoying, so be aware.
