The owner is so kind, and the meals are excellent, with high-quality service. The rooms are wide and cozy, and the hotel is very tidy. Don’t worry about some awful reviews, you can walk for a few minutes and reach downtown. Glad and grateful for such a gentle stay in Yerevan, thanks a lot 🌞🌝🙏🎐💚👍

I paid the full amount in advance for a reservation at Grand Fortune Hotel on Tairov Street, Yerevan. It was my first visit to the city. When I arrived, they suddenly told me they’d given my paid room to someone else for a higher price. Instead of honoring the booking, they offered to move me to another hotel and said they’d cover the cost. I trusted them, but the staff at the other hotel knew nothing about the arrangement and had received no payment from Grand Fortune Hotel, so I was expected to pay again. The place was so poor that we decided not to stay at all. They wouldn’t refund my money until I threatened to call the police. They ignored my calls and wasted over 2.5 hours of my time, leaving me stranded at night in heavy rain, in a foreign country and an unfamiliar city. I was in Yerevan for only two days on a business trip, and they completely ruined it. It was a terrible experience, and they should be ashamed of how they treated a visitor. It was a disgrace to the country. If you don’t want a nightmare, don’t stay here. They’re dishonest and manipulative. It’s a small hotel with a great atmosphere, and the staff were really outgoing and friendly. It’s in the middle of town, though you need to walk 10 minutes to reach the first main street.

The staff were very friendly and flexible. My flight was at 5 PM, and although the rule was that I had to leave the room by noon, they let me stay until the time I wanted.
