After broken glass was left on the pool floor, we couldn't stay beyond 40 minutes, even though we'd paid 82,500 drams in advance, about 200 dollars, for three hours. We had to insist on first aid for the injured person, and the staff didn't seem concerned about them. We also had to get angry before the manager apologized. They still refused to return the full advance payment. An hour later, the owner showed up with the ticket and said we had to pay for two hours. We asked whether it was our fault that he arrived an hour late, and why we should pay for that delay. He didn't ask about the injured person or listen to us. People who put money above humanity don't deserve anything.

The staff were very kind, and the hotel's atmosphere is fantastic. But the music room is so noisy that it's hard to sleep or stay there with children. Some of the power outlets in our room weren't working either.

The pool was really nice, and the hotel felt clean and new. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It's about five minutes by taxi from downtown. I'd recommend it.
