Hilltop North Avenue By Stellar Hotels, Yerevan Hotel

The AC was out for 24 hours, and we had a baby with us. We had to call the police to get it fixed. Staff tried to move us into a smaller room or charge extra for one with working AC. The management was poor and unprofessional, and hardly anyone spoke English. The chimney and phone didn't work either, and the building layout was a mess: we had to change lifts to get to our room. They sent a fruit platter as an apology, but after wasting a whole day it meant nothing. Avoid this hotel at any cost. Funny enough, the manager was named margarita. She knew about everything and seemed to be saying, as nicely as she could, that they didn't care and we could take it or leave it.

The location is perfect, but the hotel is terrible because of how poorly it's managed. Our Deluxe room had a serious leak from the bathroom into the bedroom. After three days and a lot of frustration, they finally moved us. The new room then had no hot water for a few days. Management couldn't handle the problems and kept lying to our faces with pleasant smiles. Completely unacceptable.

We got a pretty attractive deal for four days, and in general the hotel is good. It has a pool and gym, though breakfast is quite expensive. What darkened an otherwise stellar stay was that a knife was taken from our room and never returned. If you don't worry too much about losing things in your room, it's absolutely a good place.

The room was spotless and already had everything we needed. The staff were always smiling and helpful. We had a tremendous two-night stay, an amazing experience, and I'd totally recommend this hotel ❤️
