The place was spacious and very good, in a peaceful neighborhood near the center of Yerevan. The owner’s parents were warm and welcoming. I did feel uneasy when the owner photographed my passport at check-in, though. I’m not sure if that’s standard for accommodation in Armenia.

From the terrace you can see Mount Ararat, and the street parking was easy. The family home is lovely and well looked after, with everything clean. Our hosts were warm and helped with whatever we needed, including recommendations for good restaurants in the city and beyond. Breakfast was simple but really good. It’s about a 20-25 minute walk to the center. Thank you for everything!

The room and bathroom were roomy and clean, with a lovely view of the city and mountain, and the Wi-Fi was fast. Breakfast from the grandma there was simple and tasty. I didn’t spend enough time at the property to check out the other amenities, but I’d definitely choose it again if I visit Yerevan.

The balcony has a great view of mount ararat, and the Yerevan attractions are just a few minutes’ walk away. We were welcomed warmly, and our hosts were helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here.

The place was spotless and had a warm, friendly feel. It was also right in the heart of the city and very reasonable for my budget. I felt at home, and the hospitality was lovely. My room looked out toward Ararat Mountain, and breakfast was delicious. The high speed Wi-Fi helped me a lot, too. I was treated like a dignitary and really enjoyed my time at Homestay on Sose 17. I’d gladly recommend it to friends and family.
