The table they first seated me at was too hot, but they quickly offered me other options. We had a wonderful aperitif, dinner, and after-dinner drinks. The drinks, food, and crew were all lovely. A great evening during our stay in Yerevan, highly approved!

Kind House is a bar and restaurant, not a hotel. The staff are lovely, the prices are acceptable, and the food tastes good. Portions are somewhere between small and large. The restaurant is on the rooftop, with an old apartment below set up as a bar cafe, music and a cool bartender. Highly recommend it for a birthday party or just meeting friends.

Getting in is a little sketchy, up some stairs and then just a short walk to a door, as pictured, but Kond House was warm and welcoming. We loved the fireplace and the service was great. The only issue was that some of the food arrived cold alongside the hot dishes. A bit quirky, but brilliant otherwise!

A fantastic bar and restaurant, a little hard to find but well worth it. The staff are so welcoming, and both the cocktails and food are delicious.

We loved the food, especially the excellent grilled meat and spicy wings. The service was friendly and quick, and the spot is nice, tucked away and a little quiet.
