The room and bedding were covered in hair, and it seemed like the sheets hadn’t been washed or cleaned. There’s barely room to move in the small room with a double bed and bunk bed, and storage is difficult. The washroom is small too and may be hard to use for plus-size people. The Wi-Fi and hot water are pluses. I’d only choose this place on a tight budget if all you need is somewhere to sleep.

The service was helpful enough, and they let me go to an ATM to get change after they couldn’t provide it themselves. The listing was mostly inaccurate, though, and the location is right by what seems to be a highway. It was a pretty standard stay, neither impressive nor awful. I also didn’t like that some rooms allowed smoking. That’s the former Soviet Union for you.

The dorm is cheap and fine for one night, but it’s cramped, stuffy, and noisy with ten people sharing the room. Just so you know, there are lots of Pakistani and Russian long-term residents in the dorm. Make of that what you will. The staff are friendly, reception is open 24 hours, and they provide towels and soap.

Everything was neat and tidy, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. We really enjoyed our four days at this lovely hotel. Highly recommend it if you need a nice place to stay.
