The fridge was filthy, and the smell when we switched it on was awful. We also found the closet stuffed with blankets or towels, so we didn’t want to put our things in it. The TV was mounted on the wall between the two sections of the room, which meant you had to sit right beside it to watch properly. It did at least have a fridge, TV, and closet, though none of those helped much. We were only passing through, and the room looked clean at first. After we checked in and paid, we noticed one of the two beds was broken and had a small mattress. There was a wall dividing the beds. The AC only reached the second half of the room, leaving whoever slept in the first half hot and unable to sleep. Worse, neighbors seemed to be moving around on the ceiling, possibly mice or rats. A loud rustling noise scared us on the first night, and it happened during the day and in the middle of the night too. We paid 10,000 Armenian drams for one night. This room might suit someone who doesn’t mind unsanitary conditions and a lack of care.
