Hotel Estetico Boutique

The room was nice and new, and I had a good stay. I was only there for two nights, but reception arranged laundry for the next day, even though the hotel doesn’t offer that service. I’d recommend it.

We stayed for 10 days, and the location on a mountain by a cascade worked well for us. The hotel seems new, with a pleasant lobby and a fresh, clean room. The second-floor kitchen has a fridge, stovetop, dishes, and tables for meals, though a microwave would have been handy. The view from our window was disappointing and didn’t match what I expected from the hotel photo. I may have been at fault for not checking, and I won’t lower my rating over it since this is a budget hotel. Cleaning was unobtrusive. On day four we asked for the room to be cleaned and the towels changed, and they did both. We didn’t ask again, so nothing else was done. If, like us, you’re tourists who mainly need a place to sleep and have breakfast, it’s a good fit. The price and quality are quite well balanced.
