Menua by Horizon Hotels Yerevan Hotel

The location is perfect, and the rooms are clean. Best hotel menua. Special thanks to the helpful staff, especially one Indian girl who was so kind and sweet. I’d recommend it to everyone.

Everything was very clean and hygienic. The hotel service was excellent, and they looked after guests’ comfort and needs.

I slept really well in the very comfortable bed, and the room was neat and clean. It was warm the whole time. The hotel is a little far from the main attractions, but a 20-30 minute walk is fine if you don’t mind walking.

I’m waiting for Agoda to resolve this, and I’d never recommend Hotel Menua in Yerevan after such a nightmare of a stay. I felt completely scammed. We arrived to find an unprepared room with no blankets, hair on the sheets, and bread crumbs on the table. There was a moldy smell, and mold covered a quarter of the room. It was disgusting. The Wi-Fi didn’t work either, which made everything more frustrating. I booked through Agoda for 8,437.50 AMD, but the hotel charged me 12,500 AMD. When I questioned it, they said Agoda and Booking.com were the same. That made no sense to me. If I wanted Booking.com's price, I would have booked there. It was unfair and unacceptable. I’ve reported it to Agoda and am still waiting for them to sort it out. No guest should have to deal with overcharging and such terrible service. Avoid this hotel at all costs and spend your money somewhere that respects its guests. Never again.
