Everything was really nice.

We paid for two nights, but left and stayed somewhere else. When we arrived, three beds were shared with other guests and there was just one tiny toilet. This felt more like an apartment building split up to resemble a hotel than an actual hotel. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

I liked the spacious room, the wide balcony looking toward Mount Ararat, and the very kind receptionist. Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, and the water pressure and drainage were good. The room had a kettle, dishes, hairdryer and TV, though I didn't use the TV. Guests can also use a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. My bathroom was private but across the hall from my room; nobody else used it, since the other rooms had their own bathrooms. That arrangement bothered me a little, though it wasn't the management's fault. Mount Ararat wasn't visible all the time, either. I saw it only twice in eight days. There were just a few minor issues, and I thought they could be easily fixed, so I gave the hotel five stars. For food nearby, Kraki Mot at 49/2 Baghramyan Avenue has fresh, tasty, inexpensive shawarma, kebabs and grilled vegetables. I picked some up instead of having dinner and recommend it. SAS supermarket at 79A Baghramyan Avenue has a nice grocery selection and a currency exchange; it's near Druzhba metro station. A metro ride costs 100 drams. The hotel itself is small, in a modern multi-story building with a concierge or security person, though I'm not sure which. There's also a grocery store in the building with what you need.
