I only tried breakfast three times, but it was delicious, if not especially varied. As an ALL member, I especially liked the broad choice of welcome drinks. Service was very responsive and polite, and the hotel sits in the middle of the city with most major sights an easy walk away. My room was comfortable, clean, and soundproof, with a very comfortable bed, fast wifi, and reliable hot water with good pressure. The in-room safe worked perfectly. The refrigerator wasn't as cold as I'd expected, and there was enough hanging space, though some people may find it limited.

The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I had a wonderful time at the Ibis Hotel in Armenia. The location was convenient for exploring the city, and breakfast had a good range of fresh, tasty options. I'd recommend it and would be happy to stay again. ✨🫶🏻

The team made an effort, and we had a comfortable stay at Ibis Yerevan Center. A couple of things could be better: our shower gel and shampoo weren't refilled properly, and the reception staff could have seemed warmer, with a more welcoming appearance and a friendly smile. Those small details would improve the guest experience.

There are plenty of shops within walking distance, and the hotel is centrally located. The usual IBIS facilities are clean and well kept; the bathroom is a good size with strong shower pressure, and both the bedding and room size were satisfactory. Breakfast was fine, with some changes each day. The standard room has no tea or coffee setup, though there's a hot and cold water machine on every floor. The TV could be larger and doesn't have English or international channels. Good value for money, though not very good.

Erik made the stay especially smooth. He was friendly, helpful, and clearly cares about his work. The hotel is clean and modern too, and I had a really nice time at ibis Yerevan Center.
