We had a very good breakfast, and the room was clean. Emma at reception was especially welcoming and kind, and helped us switch to a better quality room. The reservation price was great considering how close it was to the city's attractions. I'd recommend it :)

Having breakfast on the balcony with a lovely view of Yerevan was a highlight. There was plenty to choose from, including bread, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, vegetables, cakes, juice, coffee, and tea, all fresh and tasty. We stayed four days, and the room was spacious, clean, and well kept, with a TV, Wi-Fi, and a safe. The bathroom was large and spotless, with shower gel, soap, cotton swabs, and other basic toiletries. There’s also access to a swimming pool outside the hotel.

Emma was so caring and helpful, she really stood out. The reception team all spoke English very well, so it was easy to communicate, and everyone we met was friendly and willing to help. The pool and breakfast on the rooftop were fantastic. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

The washrooms were nice and clean, and having water sprays was especially important to me. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, particularly Irina and Emma.
