The location was good, but the room felt cramped. The towels smelled bad and were dirty. They need to improve both the cleanliness and the amount of space.

We loved starting each morning with breakfast here, and the staff were so friendly. The hotel has a lovely, charming feel and sits right in the heart of Yerevan's Kentron district, directly across from Vernissage, the open-air market. Shopping, restaurants, and downtown Yerevan are all close enough to reach on foot, so I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to be near those things.

The location is superb for seeing the city center, with everything close by. I paid €150 for three nights at the end of October, so four stars feels about right. It’s a decent hotel, though nothing incredible. My ground floor room faced the street and had basic but functional amenities. The bathroom was narrow. With the window open, smoke from cars and people smoking on the street drifted up. The unlimited morning tea was very good.
