I wouldn’t recommend them. We paid, but the sauna and jacuzzi were cold, and they didn’t heat them up. We left the room and they wouldn’t refund us. They’re liars, don’t trust them.

The separate buildings for the rooms, gym, pool, and other facilities make for a pretty cool layout. The rooms were clean and roomy, and the Wi-Fi worked reliably throughout the property. Staff at reception, the restaurant, and room service were all lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good, and dinner was tasty without being too expensive. It’s great value, though a bit far from the city, so having a car or arranging transport helps.

I wouldn’t recommend it. My room’s shower didn’t work, and it took three days to get fixed. Until then, I couldn’t shower properly and had to rinse my hair in the sink. Breakfast was very disappointing too. There was no buffet, just a set plate with tiny portions, basically one egg per person.

The staff were amazing, especially the woman working reception over the weekend. She was very beautiful and so helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was good. We also played billiards several times in the dedicated room. 10/10, I’d come back when I’m staying in Yerevan.

I tried to pay in advance for my guests, but the hotel sent incorrect bank details. Because of that, the intermediary bank charged me a commission of 50% of the amount. The transfer stayed unidentified at their intermediary bank for seven days, and sadly La Defense refused to do anything about it. Very unprofessional service from management, managers, and accountants.
