The location made it easy to explore on foot, with Cascade, Northern Avenue, Republic Square, and Aram Street all nearby. The apartment was cozy, spotless, and well maintained, with everything we needed. It felt warm and welcoming, like home. The host was kind and quick to respond, and support was available 24/7. We also appreciated the complimentary welcome treats and free airport pickup, which made arriving stress-free. We had an amazing stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend!

Check-in was quick and easy, which was especially convenient. The host was always available and prompt with answers. It works well for a short getaway or a longer stay. We’ll be back for sure and will recommend it to friends.

We felt right at home in this bright, cozy apartment, with modern renovations and everything needed for a comfortable stay, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a kitchen, and a washing machine. It was clean and we were very pleased with it. The apartment is at 42 Yeznik Koghbatsi Street, in the heart of Yerevan. Republic Square, cafes, shops, and attractions are all within walking distance.
