I’d give it zero stars if that were an option. They canceled my booking.com reservation three days before I was due to arrive, even though I’d made it several months ahead. They blamed some sort of plumbing issue, but I don’t believe that was the real reason.

Please don’t book here. They canceled my reservation two days before I was supposed to arrive. This is a scam.

Dishonest. I’d give them 0/10. A week before I was due to leave, they said they wanted to switch the apartment I’d booked seven months earlier because the current occupants had Covid and needed to stay for 14 days. The replacement was far from the city center and wasn’t comparable. I suggested moving the occupants and said the isolation period was only seven days, but they messaged me telling me to cancel and find somewhere else. They said I hadn’t paid a deposit and they could cancel themselves, even though I’d selected the more expensive option on Booking.com to pay on arrival.
