The bed was super comfortable, which matters a lot to me. The staff welcomed me warmly and were attentive, and the boutique hotel was spotless, charming, and beautifully designed. Everything felt thoughtfully put together, and I had a fantastic, memorable stay in Yerevan. Highly recommend it.

I only had one night here and wish I’d found this place sooner and stayed longer. My room was immaculate, tastefully arranged, and peaceful, with a lovely setting. For the price, this is a good place to stay in Yerevan. Sandra is a wonderful manager and hostess, and the rooms are quiet and elegant. It felt more like a homestay, which suits someone on a budget who isn’t after a full luxury hotel experience. Cleaning was minimal, as I expected from the local style of treating guests more like house guests: towels were changed daily, while the bed was remade only when the sheets seemed to need changing. The neighborhood is middle-class and residential, without the charm and energy of the lively center, but the price makes the location worthwhile. Most central attractions are within a 30-minute walk, after crossing the busy beltway using a nearby pedestrian overpass. There were a couple of frustrations. At check-in, the evening receptionist asked if I could pay all or part of the bill in cash, apparently to top up their cash box. They didn’t seem to understand international ATM fees or how inconvenient that request is for a tired traveler hoping to check in quickly and rest. The WiFi was also unreliable, and the router needed frequent restarts.
