We’ve had a disappointing experience working with this hotel. They haven’t met the obligations we clearly agreed on, and an outstanding debt has gone unpaid for several months. Our repeated efforts to settle things amicably were ignored or put off. It’s affected both our operations and our trust in them. Unless they make significant improvements, we can’t recommend them as a partner.

We ended up canceling the rest of our nights and moving to a better hotel. The room had almost nothing beyond a bed and a fridge, no hand soap or side table, and the toilet was dirty. Staff had told us breakfast ran from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, then changed that to 9:30 AM when we arrived, saying they couldn’t do anything because tours start at 9:30 and guests should rest. They were rude and dismissive instead of apologizing. A terrible stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone wanting comfort or respectful service.

The room was huge, clean, and nicely furnished, and the staff were helpful and polite. I’d been worried by the bad reviews, but couldn’t find anything better at the same price. Breakfast was great, with different omelettes, biscuits, vegetables, lots of cheese and sausages, cottage cheese, mashed potatoes, and Olivier salad. The only little drawback was the small window, though the room still felt cozy. Don’t be scared off, it’s a lovely, comfortable place.
