Breakfast is included from 9 to 11am, and we could cook, make tea, or keep food in the fridge. Laundry costs extra. The first morning we had pastry with delicious apricot jam, coffee, and tea. We asked for scrambled eggs and they brought them. The next day we asked for eggs and salad. At first, the mini-hotel receptionist said there was no salad, but a man who works there helped us get some. There were a few other small service details missing that would have made the stay better. We asked for the room to be cleaned and the towels changed. When we came back a few hours later, the room and bathroom were clean, but the towels hadn’t been changed. The reception staff spoke English and Russian. They showed us around the hostel at the start, then moved us to our mini-hotel on the opposite side of the Yerevan hostel. It’s underground, with a few huge rooms that have bathrooms inside.
