It’s handy for solo travel, with everything close by. The staff were awesome, the room was a great price, and the location was great.

Three days before check-in, the property cancelled our booking, saying there was a problem with the room. Yet they were still taking other bookings for the same dates. My guess is they cancelled the reservation we made through the booking website to replace it with one made directly with them. Don’t trust this hotel with your stay. They could cancel at any time for a better fee, leave you scrambling for last-minute options, and ruin your visit.

The bed was comfortable, and the overall comfort was OK for a short stay. The hotel is right in the center, beside the cinema and Charles Aznavour Square, so it’s convenient for getting around on foot. But the shower was in poor condition, and the rooms aren’t well insulated. I could hear a couple being very loud in the evening, which was unpleasant. The metro under the building was also clearly audible and noticeable at night when I was trying to sleep. It was acceptable for two days, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer trip.

The spot in the city is amazing, and the price is reasonable with all the standard amenities included. The car rental company has its reception inside the hotel. All the rooms have a water jet for the WC, which makes it a great place for people from the Middle East. Absolutely worth it. Thanks to Davit for the help.

The staff were really helpful, and the rooms were outstanding. It’s close to Republic Square, with a really beautiful setting around it and a theatre nearby. A really good hotel with an excellent location.
