Nacho Yerevan Apartment Hotel

The room was clean and the location was great, but there was so much noise at night that sleeping was really hard. Internet was weak and unavailable on some floors. Breakfast was awful, with everything cold and only two or three choices. No tea, juice, coffee, milk, or bread! I generally wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

The breakfast selection was limited, which was the one downside. Still, we had a comfortable room and very friendly, supportive staff throughout our stay. You’re right in the heart of Yerevan, with easy access to all the main areas, so it’s a lovely place to spend time and enjoy the city. Thanks, Mary and your team.

We had to cancel our flight to Armenia and contacted the hotel a day in advance to ask for our payment back. They weren’t helpful and didn’t refund us. I never stayed there, but I don’t find this kind of service acceptable or fair to customers. If I come to Yerevan again, I won’t book with them. They should be more flexible and consider the customers they might lose over keeping money for a room that wasn’t used.

The beds were painfully hard, and breakfast was poorly stocked. Once something ran out, nobody refilled it. At reception, the staff didn’t know even basic English, so it was extremely hard to communicate. The heater didn’t work. When I reported it, they called it an “internal system” problem and offered no fix. The shower water then stopped completely, and I waited over 30 minutes for it to return. We’d told them when booking that we’d arrive late, but there was no bottled water in the room. When I asked around 11:30 pm, I was told, “It’s too late, no service at this time.” We left early because the conditions were awful and had to find another hotel for the rest of our stay so we wouldn’t get sick. They refused to give us any refund. This was by far my worst hotel experience. Don’t stay here if basic comfort, service, or getting what you paid for matters to you.
