NAVA Hotel Yerevan

Our group was looked after so well, with every detail taken care of. Breakfast was fresh, varied, delicious, and prepared on the spot, which is rare these days. The place felt warm and welcoming, and it was clean, comfortable, and safe. The staff were kind and helpful. I’m very happy with our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

The room was awful, with no AC or proper window, just a noisy fan. It smelled awful, especially in the bathroom. We booked on the website, but on arrival reception said our booking had been canceled and offered the room at a higher price. The booking was still active. Don’t recommend.

I picked this hotel for a business stay because I wanted somewhere quiet near downtown. The view straight toward Ararat Mountains was breathtaking, and the location is right by Davit Sasunci train station, so you can get around the city in minutes. It was cozy and welcoming, and I liked that the room was serviced daily. Reception was responsive 24/7 whenever I needed something. I stayed three days, and breakfast was delicious and on time each day, with something different each morning. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, which is rare. Highly recommended!

The location made sightseeing and exploring the area easy, and the price was good for what I got. My room was neat, comfortable, and had all the essentials. The staff were really friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions. I had a wonderful stay at this mini tourist hotel and would definitely come back.
