The deluxe room was roomy enough, and the staff were really polite and friendly. The hotel was decent value, but there was no soundproofing at all, which feels unacceptable for a four-star place. There was also a 2-3 cm gap under the door. You could fit your whole hand through it, which raised a security concern.

The hotel was spotless and comfortable, with thoughtful details throughout. You can tell the team cares about guests having a good stay. The front desk team were a big part of what made our visit so memorable. Lilith, Hass, and Erick were warm and professional from the moment we arrived. Lilith kept everything running smoothly from check-in through check-out. Hass brought a lot of positive energy and was always ready to help with a smile, even when busy. Erick was knowledgeable and efficient, and made us feel looked after. Their service honestly felt five-star. Thanks to the whole team, we'll definitely be back.

The room was incredibly clean, and the service made this feel like a five-star stay even though the hotel is rated four stars. We had a comfortable stay in clean rooms, and breakfast was amazing. The service was excellent too. Since the hotel is centrally located, it was easy to get to almost everything in the city. Highly recommended if you're visiting Yerevan! 🥰

The rooms are modern, well equipped, and have little touches that make you feel welcome. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and the whole crew were exceptionally friendly and thoughtful. It's also easy to walk to the main sights and tour starting points from here. Definitely a place to stay!
