Elen and George made our time in Armenia especially memorable. They were consistently there when we had questions, wanted recommendations, or needed a hand, and their upbeat, attentive approach helped us feel comfortable and make the most of our trip. They were easy to talk to, sincere, and always happy to help with a smile. Knowing we could reach them was reassuring. From the moment we arrived at Nuryan Hotel, the whole team made us feel welcome and cared for. The hospitality went well beyond what we expected and made the trip more enjoyable. We're grateful for the care and attention Elen and George gave us. If we get the chance to return to Armenia, we'll definitely look for them again.

We had a blast on our three-day trip. The hostess was laid-back and easy to approach, and breakfast was delicious with easy choices. The rooms were average but perfectly doable. Hopefully we'll come back on our next vacation.

Our guide was knowledgeable and helpful, and had a great sense of humor, so the hotel's well-organized tours were even more enjoyable. The hotel is ideally located near the city center, and Armenia was breathtaking for someone like me who loves nature and history. The trip and tours were so good that I'll most likely do it again. At Nuryan hotel, we had a very pleasant stay. Our room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, with reliable hot water and warm rooms even on the coldest winter days. The hospitality was excellent. Thanks especially to Elen from hotel management and all the staff, who were always supportive and ready with advice on affordable places for food, coffee, and services.
