Olive Hotel

At Olive Hotel, the staff made us feel at home and were welcoming throughout our stay. The room was beautifully designed and had what we needed to be comfortable. I was impressed from beginning to end, and would recommend it to anyone after comfort, style, and outstanding back.

The room wasn’t clean, and the AC we paid for didn’t work. After a long argument, they brought us a fan 🤣🤣 and told us to open the shared balcony, which another room also uses, for some air. It was around 33 degrees, and we were really suffering. They wouldn’t refund us even though they hadn’t provided the AC included in the booking, and wouldn’t escalate the complaint, saying nobody would answer at that late hour. I’m not sure what I booked, but I can’t recommend it. I attached a video and photo of what we went through.

I’ve stayed here twice, and reception has always been friendly and helpful. Aram was professional and attentive, and the hotel is handy for the center’s main attractions, just a one-minute walk away. The only real problem was the street dogs barking nonstop from evening into the early morning. Otherwise, it’s a lovely hotel.

The staff are so friendly and hospitable, and the hotel has everything nearby, from markets and transport to most of the museums. It’s right in central Yerevan. Such a lovely place, definitely the best hotel!
