We stayed for about two weeks as a group of eight, and Rosie Ghazaryan took great care coordinating everything. Her kindness and hospitality made the long stay easy and problem-free. The building is fairly new, with a spectacular view of Yerevan, and the food was very good. Breakfast was especially well organized and varied. The hot options changed every day throughout our two weeks, which we appreciated. The rooms were comfortable enough for a longer visit, though the furniture isn't five-star luxury. The TVs were a drawback: around 40 inches, small by today's standards, and not smart TVs, so there was no Netflix or Amazon Prime streaming. The pool was acceptable but didn't seem heated. At the pool bar, the drinks selection was mostly domestic, with only a few familiar Scotches and vodkas. There are several active construction sites in this developing area. We didn't hear noise, but the access road goes through the construction sites. This is a comfortable, well-managed place with lovely hospitality, especially if you value care and warmth over luxury extras. It was an experience to remember.

The views are stunning, and the rooms were really comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent, too. But what stood out most was the staff, some of the friendliest and most supportive I've come across. I'd say it's a must-stay.

We enjoyed our stay, and the staff were nice. The issue was that they only cleaned the room every three days, not daily like at other hotels. The windows also had no blackout curtains, so I didn't feel private at all. Still, thanks for the stay 😊😊

The place is nice and most of the employees are good, but the room rates are high. In the off season, the daily price is 43,000, then it jumps to 65,000 when you add a baby and a three-year-old. The kids were going to eat anything or use anything besides the pool? They slept in their parents' beds. The other major issue is the construction all around the building. Guests should be told before booking or arriving. You're sitting by the pool swallowing dust and listening to construction all day. The sun also comes into the room at 5 a.m. because there are no blackout blinds. Most hotels have them, and people on vacation want to sleep in. At these prices, they could get rid of the cheap blinds or add blackout drapes.
