Arsen, the owner, was warm and welcoming, gave us useful tips on where to find things, and was always available. We also went on excursions around Armenia with him. The apartment is spacious, with working air conditioning and the necessary utensils and dishes. Its location is excellent for walking to Northern Avenue and Republic Square with its fountains, and there are lots of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby.

The owner was very pleasant and always available to help with anything. If you're looking to stay in central Yerevan, this is the best place. The apartment is clean, well kept, and on the ground floor. We only realized on arrival that the bedrooms had no windows, but later found we slept better that way. There was plenty of fresh air thanks to the living room's two hinged doors, and plenty of light too. I counted 20 spotlights in the living room :) The bathroom has the short shower curtain mentioned on Booking, so water gets out of the shower. We put down a foot towel and that took care of it. WiFi was a 6/10, the air conditioning a 10/10, and hot water a 9/10. It was always available, though the settings were a bit odd. There were enough dishes, but we missed having some deep bowls. A few suggestions for the owner: provide a hand towel or dish towel for the kitchen, have two duvet covers or blankets, and add more hangers in the closet. For the bathroom, a long curtain or a counter-slope at the edge would help. Better still, hang the curtain above the counter-slope to make more space and keep it from sticking to different parts of the body. :)
