RIS Dalma Collection Yerevan

The staff were friendly, quick to respond, and kept up with thorough daily housekeeping. Our room was cozy and spacious, with everything we needed. It’s about a 10 minute taxi ride to the city center, but the large shopping mall just a minute’s walk away makes the location convenient. The one small drawback was how windy it could get at night, which might bother light sleepers with the noise.

The balcony view was lovely, especially for relaxing in the evening, and the location was really handy, with a mall across the street and shops and cafes nearby. Mariam was very responsive on WhatsApp and made the whole stay easy. The apartment was clean and cozy, with a kitchen that let us make our own meals since there’s no breakfast. Highly recommend!

Even in Yerevan’s cold winter weather, the apartment stayed at a really comfortable temperature. The modern design was unique and elegant, and everything we needed was there. We never felt anything was missing, which made a big difference traveling with family and elderly parents. The location was ideal, close to the embassy and city center, with a mall and large supermarket just across the street. The staff were exceptional, including the two kind young women in the lobby who spoke fluent English and were always ready to help. I’m grateful to everyone, from the service team to the lobby staff. Our family had one of the best stays we’ve had at Ris Dalma Collection. I travel often, and the service and facilities were incomparable, even alongside five-star hotels in Las Vegas. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment hotel, and sincerely thank the management and staff for making the stay so memorable.

The first greeting at reception sounded polite, and the hotel had a nice atmosphere, but something about the interaction felt wrong. The woman at the desk wore what seemed like a forced smile, and her eyes came across as cold, as if she might be judging or resenting me, or perhaps other guests. She wasn't openly rude, but that quiet negativity left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. In hospitality, professionalism also means showing genuine warmth. I felt that was missing here.
