We’d been redirected here from another hotel over claimed plumbing issues. This place had similar issues, but that was fine since we paid the same price. Our room and bathroom were spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bedding and towels were clean too. The smart TV was a nice bonus. The hotel is clean and close to the center.

The receptionist was welcoming and polite, and let us check in early. The hotel is brand new and super clean, and our room was comfortable. It’s in a perfect spot, about a 10-minute walk from Republic Square and the other attractions, with a supermarket right across the street. Highly recommended for a visit to Yerevan.

The staff were friendly and very professional, and the rooms were clean and cozy. You can walk to Republic Square and the city’s other popular sights. There are restaurants, shops, at least two pharmacies, and a large 24/7 supermarket just across the road. A great spot in the heart of Yerevan!

We stayed for three nights and four days in a standard room for two. The front desk has support around the clock, and the owners are responsive if you have questions. The location is very good, close to the city center and next to a local shopping center. Our bedroom was clean, the AC worked properly, the bathroom was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful.

Alisa at reception was especially kind and helpful. I asked for a small favor, and she arranged it quickly and very nicely, thanks for that. 😊 The location is good too. The room was comfortable, but the walls and door are really thin. You can clearly hear voices in the corridor and even downstairs.
