The rooms were cozy and decent, and there are grocery stores nearby. My stay was okay overall. But when I arrived from the airport, there was no note and no staff around. The washroom wasn't very clean, and it had neither a wiper nor a Muslim/Bidet shower.

I spent five nights there in August 2024, and the apartment was well priced. The room had a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and a toilet stocked with soap and shampoo. It's close to the center, with a Metro station nearby too. When you arrive, ask a staff member to open the room; another staff member may let you in later in the evening or at night. At checkout, just hand over the key.

Even during August high season, Tatev apartments had the best prices I found and still provided everything we needed. The AC worked perfectly, the bathroom was great, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The owner was always available if we had questions or wanted to check out.

At night the room was noisy enough that earplugs were needed. There wasn't much furniture for hanging clothes, and the apartment was really a converted office room. The address shown online was WRONG, so we had to walk along the avenue with all our luggage.

The customer service was number one, but the apartment and bed weren't clean.
