My wife and I had a fantastic time here, and I fell in love with Armenia and its culture. Breakfast is included, and people are always ready to help without expecting anything back. The manager and staff made us feel at home, including Armini from housekeeping, Rafu and another security guard whose name I can't remember, and the cook. I hope I got their names right. They were all so pleasant and genuine, with none of that fake smile and obligatory service. I know I'll be back 😊 It's very well located near central Yerevan. This was my first time here, my wife's third, and we both felt comfortable. Don't expect a 5-star hotel at less than the cost of a McDonald's meal, but this is far from a cardboard box painted to look like the so-called 5-star hotels in the U.S. The reviews show it's not a 5-star motel, but you'll have a great time. Greetings from Phoenix, Arizona. P.S. The lowest reviews are from Russians who never had anything and now think they're the center of the world. Don't pay attention to them, you'll love this place.

I've never had a worse hotel stay. There were no towels, basic amenities, or room service, and cleanliness and hygiene were nowhere to be found. The service was terrible, and the staff were rude and disrespectful. They knew no English, so it was nearly impossible to communicate, and they acted extremely unprofessionally. I'm totally disappointed and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If I could, I'd give it less than one star.

The hotel canceled my booking just an hour before check-in, claiming there had been a program error. I'd reserved the room two days earlier, and when I contacted them the day before to ask about leaving my luggage after check-out, they said that was possible. Nobody mentioned an overbooked reservation. After reading other reviews, I saw this had happened many times. I guess if they can sell a room for more money or a longer stay, you end up without your reservation. If you need a room in Yerevan, stay away from this hotel.

The breakfast was horrible, the staff were so rude, and the power went out many, many times. There was no hygiene or cleaning, and even the warmer wasn't working. The worst hotel experience. Don't waste your money or go there. Hopefully this helps people and saves them from the same experience!

I've tried all the restaurants in Yerevan and wasn't happy with their food, but this hotel's cook is the best. I came back to the hotel just for her cooking.
