The apartment was very clean and in a great location. Anya, the hostess, is the best part: so responsive and welcoming, she makes you feel at home. Thanks to her, I fell in love with the city, the country, and its people. Wishing you health and happiness. Come here to relax, you won't regret it. I recommend it to everyone.

Once you reach street 27/2, turn left, go straight, then turn right into the entrance. You need a pin or key to open the door, so it’s best to let the owner know and ask for help getting in when check-in starts at 2pm. Better not to arrive before then.

The balcony view of Mount Ararat is breathtaking, and the room is spacious with a large sofa, big enough to sleep like a star. Breakfast was excellent: Armenian lavash, which I'd gotten quite used to over the past 10 days, along with butter, cheese, tea, coffee, and sweets. The apricot jam was especially delicious. And the hostess deserves a mention too. Anechka, you're amazing. I haven't met someone so hospitable and kind in a long time. I was traveling alone but never felt like a stranger. I could say much more about Anechka, but it's better to come and see for yourself. A huge thank you to her. Yerevan and Armenia are incredibly beautiful. I recommend visiting this country.
