The hosts at this guest house are lovely. They also have a yellow corella called Kuki who’d happily take a seed or two from you. That made our stay!

The room is a little small, but the location is excellent. The city isn’t too far, and there’s a bus stop and supermarket conveniently close by. It was a comfortable, hassle-free stay, and a good budget-friendly option.

It’s a peaceful, calm atmosphere and the space feels safe and comfortable. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, and the rental prices are very reasonable.

The owner is calm and quick to respond, and breakfast is available. It’s a modest, budget-friendly guesthouse, though the very basic rooms need renovation. Mine had a comfortable bed, a fridge, air conditioning, and a handy location. But the window was boarded up, so the room felt dark and noisy. The furniture was dusty, and you have to ask for the room to be cleaned.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the tours are affordable for what you get. Two tours can cover most of Armenia’s attractions. The rooms are small and simple, but fair for the price. The owners are planning to expand and improve the service.
