The beds were really comfortable, the rooms spacious, and everything was very clean. There's a lovely balcony with a view where guests often sit together, or gather in the well-equipped, consistently clean kitchen, to share stories from their Armenia trips. Laundry service is available too. The hostel is near the university and city center, and the lovely family running it gives the place a warm, home-like feel. For me, it's the best affordable hostel in this wonderful city.

We searched around Yerevan for a while before finding Velvet Vogue Hostel. It was the one place we found with a fair price, good comfort, and the cleanliness we wanted. Everything was well kept, the atmosphere cozy, and the location convenient. The host welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home. I'd definitely recommend it for a pleasant stay in the city.

We stayed for five days, and it was one of the best stays of our trip. The owners are such welcoming, lovely women, and the hostel is really, really clean. At busy times there aren't enough toilets or enough kitchen space for everyone, but apart from that everything was perfect. Thanks Karin, Sarah and her mother 🥰

This family place is run by a mother and daughter, and feels more like a home than a hostel. The female dorm has its own bathroom. It's about a 20-minute walk from the city centre. Breakfast is available on request for a small charge, and morning coffee and tea are free. Laundry costs 2000 dram.

A big kitchen, a nice location, friendly owners, and the place is super clean.
