Yerevan Center Studio Apartment

The staff made me feel welcome with their friendly, helpful service. I also found the hotel warm and comfortable. My room had everything I needed, the bed was cozy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It was clean too. City Centre Hotel Yerevan is right in the city center, so the main sights, shops, and restaurants were easy to explore. I thought it was good value for money, and I’d happily stay there again.

My experience here was bad. There was no hot water when I arrived. They said it would be fixed in 30 minutes, but it took three hours. When I tried to cancel because of that, they wouldn’t let me. There was nobody to help with my luggage, even though I think the hotel has ten or more floors. The phone in my room didn’t work either, so I had to go find someone in person. They gave me a WhatsApp number, but nobody replied. One male staff member was very rude. There aren’t any special facilities, so even one star feels too generous.

The location was one of the best parts, right in the center of Yerevan. I was really pleased with my stay at City Centre Hotel. The rooms were cozy and newly renovated, with lovely decor and everything a guest could ask for. They were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

My stay was fine until the final night. The receptionist and his friends stayed up talking loudly in the lobby, and the hotel’s layout carried the noise through the stairwell, making it hard to sleep. When I raised it with him, they were rude and did nothing to sort it out. I wouldn’t recommend a hotel that treats guests this way.
