There’s no elevator, so carrying heavy bags up to the second or third floor could be difficult. Still, the hotel felt cozy and welcoming, everything was very clean, and breakfast was tasty. It’s a little way from the city center, but public transport or Yandex makes the trip easy. For the price, the service is fair and matches what you get. I recommend it.

The location is handy, with a supermarket about 100 m away and lots of restaurants nearby. The place was clean, service was great, and the people were good. Food was decent, though there weren’t many options. Pork is served, so check with them before sitting down for the included breakfast. Thanks to Mark, Ann and Katie at reception, who work around the clock. You’ll also want to plan for the lack of a bathroom spray or shattaf.

It’s on a nice main road with shops and restaurants close by, and most tourist spots in Yerevan are within walking distance. Breakfast is very simple, with only a few items.

The rooms are tiny, and there’s no health faucet in the bathroom. They don’t provide drinking water either, saying the tap water is safe and that we should drink from the toilet tap. WiFi is slow and unreliable. If you’re Indian, you might be better off finding another hotel.

The staff were supportive, and breakfast was okay, but the rooms aren’t spacious. There’s no complimentary drinking water or coffee, and the hotel has no elevator. If you lose your door access card, be prepared to pay Drums 3000.
