I felt I’d paid too much for the top suite. It wasn’t as nice as the cheaper suite, and the jacuzzi water was cold.

The food is good, but some of the restaurant staff seem to miss even very basic things, whatever language I use. I showed one waiter a picture, translated it into Portuguese, and repeated myself over and over. He kept saying “I know, I know” or “wait, wait,” then got the order wrong and said I’d told him the wrong thing. He never said please or thanks, just kept responding rudely and making the whole thing stressful. 🤦🏾♀️😆🤯

The accommodation matches its category, but I can’t recommend the place. The restaurant service is awful and there isn’t much variety. Maintenance is lacking too: the toilet seat in my assigned room was broken, and they couldn’t print a boarding pass because the printer was supposedly “broken.” In the morning there was no water for a shower, even after I asked reception. The advertised breakfast was third-rate. They couldn’t tell scrambled eggs from an omelette. Just surreal!!!
