It's very expensive, the food wasn't good, and I didn't have hot water. Not a hotel I'd recommend, though I suppose it's the best of the worse.

In my 40yrs of business travel, this is the worst hotel I've come across. The room lacked basic things: no cups or glasses, teaspoon, kettle or TV remote. For €200, Fly Hotel costs more than twice as much as hotels in Lubango while offering less than half the quality. The person at reception showed no inclination to help and seemed more like a deterrent to guests. May the Lord help me never to end up here again!

The rooms were fine, the WiFi was good, and the staff were friendly. Service was good too, but breakfast only starts at 06:50 and the credit card machine doesn't work. For an airport hotel, it's odd that there's no shuttle to the airport just 1km away.

Everything was good, but the food needs improvement, just a personal request. Thank you.

One of the best hotels in the area, I'd say. It's close to the airport, the staff are really friendly and helpful, and the food is good too. Keep it up, guys.
