I’ve been back three times and am always happy to return. The food is good, the rooms are clean, and the staff are helpful. The coffee could be better. Body Soul Spa nearby offers spa services, though both the quality and availability could improve.

The location and basic facilities are okay, and the hotel is decent for a short stay. But the toiletries weren’t replenished and the towels weren’t changed while I was there. The bathroom also drained poorly, leaving water pooled on the floor and making it uncomfortable and slippery. I hope management takes note and improves the housekeeping.

The food was great, and the service was just as good. I also really liked the warm swimming pool. A very nice hotel, would recommend.

I didn't expect the hotel to be this good, so I was genuinely pleased by its quality.

The bar on the 9th floor has a decent view and makes a nice place to spend some time. The rooms are fine for a short stay, though they aren't arranged for a longer one. There's a safe, but it isn't fixed to the shelf, so you can lift the whole thing. I wasn't comfortable with the location. Even crossing the road to the supermarket felt uneasy, with so many people lingering outside and coming up to you. The hotel itself is nice.
