The rooms are very nice, but be ready for lots of stairs. There is one elevator, probably the slowest in Angola, and hotel staff use it most of the time. If you’re staying on the 9th, 10th, or 11th floor, prepare to climb the stairs.

The room and hotel were comfortable, and the service was friendly. The spacious, clean rooms seem especially suited to a longer stay, with a fully equipped kitchen. I also appreciated the hot shower, coffee machine, and reliable Wi-Fi. A couple of small annoyances: the kettle cord couldn't reach the socket, and there wasn't a spare outlet near the desk.

The rooftop has a great view, and the sunset up there is amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment was quite large. It was quiet and around 20 minutes from my clients, but I wouldn't recommend going out at night. There isn't much to do at the hotel beyond a small rooftop gym. Smokers have to take the elevator to the roof, then climb two flights of stairs. The food was okay, with little variety, and restaurant hygiene seemed average. For a business trip, the kitchen could use more than just coffee and a fridge. The bed is 180 cm long, which wasn't comfortable for a tall person like me. I don't know whether they can change it.

The staff were really friendly, and the location was good. The room was comfortable enough during my stay, though it could use some updating and a few repairs.

The rooms were clean and roomy, and the food was delicious. The staff were amazing, too. It felt like a home away from home, and I’d definitely return the next time I’m in Luanda. The location in town is good.
