OUI Hotel

Rats and cockroaches were all over the hotel, including the rooms and even behind reception. Absolutely terrible, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The room was a disaster, and the whole hotel was too. Food choices were limited, and the hygiene at every level was questionable. You can only pay cash, no cards. I had no other option because my employer chose it, but I hope I never have to stay here or in a place like this again. The biggest hole I’ve ever been in.

The meals cost a lot, yet the quality is below average. The room smells, and there may be cockroaches and mosquitoes in it. This is the worst hotel in Soyo. The WiFi isn’t proper, there are no bath towels, and the refrigerators in the rooms don’t cool. They said every refrigerator in the hotel has the same problem.

There’s no internet in the rooms, and basic things are missing, like bath towels, a kettle, and shower curtains. Hygiene is poor, and breakfast is a joke, with basic food items completely absent. There are no food choices, and communication is very difficult. The hotel has fallen far below industry standards. It’s a disgrace to the hotel industry and its owners.
