Franco was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The place is updated and clean, right in the city center near restaurants and shopping. There was some street noise, but it's across from a casino.

The customer service was awful. I called to ask about room availability, and the man answered rudely, asking if I was joking. I was only checking whether there were rooms. Truly terrible service. Don't go there.

We called to ask about availability and make a reservation, and the man who answered was incredibly rude, repeatedly asking if we were joking. Then he insulted us in a way we couldn't understand. What was that about? He shouldn't be working there if that's how he treats potential customers. If you want to be spoken to like that and get terrible service, go there.
